First things first. You’ll need an excellent command of all facets of front-end web development. It’s just as important you have a strong work ethic, are a problem-solving whiz, have notable organizational skills, and above all, are detail-oriented. If you can boldly check off those things, you’ve already piqued our interest.
We`re a social networking startup that intends to find a lead programmer/partner to help round out the team. We`re looking for an individual that would like to be a partner of the Company, with a vested interest in the project, and can take the lead in terms of programming and development. Will need to be experienced in all aspects of Web 2.0 development (Facebook/Twitter-esque capabilities), from database setup to design. Eager to find someone that can have a long-term commitment to the Company, rather than just a pay-by-hour agreement.
You will be involved in the early stages of a game-changing internet startup with immense upside potential. Looking for someone who has the ability to take a deep dive into the project immediately. Offering sweat equity in the Company with varied monetary compensation throughout the life of the project. But most importantly, we`re looking for someone who believes in the idea and is willing to take a risk and get involved to help see this project through from beginning to end.
